Research On The Anti-corruption Construction For The New Central Collective Leadership Of The C.P.C

In the 94-year and 64-years history of the founding of C.P.C and P.R.C, the Party has not only gone through sufferings, but also created splendor. The key reason lies in the fact that the Party constantly strengthens the construction itself, and to be able to keep pace with the times. which fundamentally ensures the Party’s mainstream team’s progressiveness and purity. Throughout the long-term practice of the Party’s construction, fighting corruption was a major focus of the Party’s construction all along. Since the 18th National Congress of the C.P.C, the Party elevates the anti-corruption to an unprecedented height. A series of new ideas and initiatives against corruption have been coming out and have achieved marked success. Therefore, the Party gains widespread traction and enjoys good reputation from home and abroad. This paper attempts to make a detailed analysis on all kinds of new ideas and measures of the Party’s anti-corruption construction and its innovations and results. Using these as a base, the article continues to discuss its reference and enlightenment for future anti-corruption. Firstly, the paper examines the era background about the Party’s anti-corruption construction since the 18th National Congress of the C.P.C and shows that the new central collective leadership of the C.P.C actively fights corruption on the basis of the anti-corruption achievements and problems since the 16th national congress of the C.P.C. then, the Party promotes construction of anti-corruption in the context of serious and complex situation of corruption,meanwhile, under the conditions of continuing to deepen reform in the round and realizing the Chinese dream. Secondly, this paper analyzes important measures and innovation of anti-corruption of the new central collective leadership of the C.P.C. This section points out that the new central collective leadership of the C.P.C lays emphasis on improving the Party’s style, comprehensively deepen reforms keep pace with the institutional construction, increasing investigation of corruption cases and punishment of corruptionists, and strengthening supervision and restriction of public power. Meanwhile, it points out that the new central collective leadership of the C.P.C realizes anti-corruption’s innovation on goal, position, idea, pattern and way. Thirdly, the article describes anti-corruption’s real effect of the new central collective leadership of the C.P.C. The real effects focus on reshaping political life, eliminating roadblocks of comprehensively deepen reform, maintaining healthy operation of national economy and winning back the hearts of the people, etc. Finally, this paper analyzes the contemporary enlightenments of anti-corruption effects created by the new central collective leadership of the C.P.C. In this part, the contemporary enlightenments are discussed in detail in following three aspects:the anti-corruption’s system, the anti-corruption’s will and the anti-corruption’s strength. Viewing from the anti-corruption’s system, the Party should adhere to do both perfecting systems and promoting the execution of system so as to reshape a sense of reverence for the anti-corruption’s system. From the anti-corruption’s will standpoint, leading cadres, especially the principal ones must play an exemplary role in promoting and strengthening the construction of the honest administration of the Party, in combination with the "zero-tolerance" attitude towards corruption. From the perspective of the anti-corruption’s strength, the Party should carry out Marxism education movement, comprehensively deepen reforms, raise restrictive power of anti-corruption’s system and strengthen the disciplining force of various surveillance mechanism, in order to gather all kinds of anti-corruption power and condense corruption living space.
