The Study On The Investigation Of The Case Functions Of The Disciplinary Inspection And Supervision System In Beipiao

The disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities in our country undertake the mission of anti-corruption, whose central task and the main duty is the construction of a clean and honest Party and the fight against corruption. The system of the country disciplinary inspection and supervision is in a basic position, and its anti-corruption work is directly involved with the people’s interests. But in reality, there have been the problems of functional confusion and absence in all levels of the disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities for a long time. Meanwhile, the institutional establishment of the disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities influence and restrict anti-corruption work to some extent, and the disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities don’t fully play its due role in anti-corruption work. The investigation work of the existing cases is incompatible with the current task of anti-corruption. Improving the cases’investigation work for the disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities has become an urgent problem to study and solve.This paper on the basis of the research results at home and abroad learns from the advanced experience and practice, and is combined with my actual work, then puts forward actual solutions and suggestions which conform to the system of the disciplinary inspection and supervision in Beipiao. This paper points out that in the system of disciplinary inspection and supervision in Beipiao, the imbalance of check on the primary institution and the present dual-leading system result in the unclear cadres’duty, the shortcomings in the construction of the cadres’team and lack of independent case investigations.Therefore, this paper proposes to complete the construction of the institutional setting in the disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities, standardize the check and management system on the primary level, consolidate the team building, and promote the specific and systematic dual-leading system reform, improve and strengthen the investigations of corruption cases in the county disciplinary inspection and supervision system. Meanwhile, this paper is also worth popularizing and provides certain references for the investigation work of corruption cases in the country disciplinary inspection and supervision system.
