Analysis On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Mapping Geographic Information’s Administrative Management In Inner Monolia Autonomous Region

Mapping geographic information is an infrastructure work beneficial to the people’s livelihood. This technology has been widely used in various industries in ancient China. In virtue of its practicality, fundamentality and universality, this technology spread over past generations, developed and progressed gradually. With the development of the 21st century, mapping geographic information plays an important fundamental role in the engineering construction, national defense construction, government decision-making, the public life, providing professional mapping data, geographic information, real-time location information and etc. In countries around the world, mapping geographic information have gained wider and wider attention. Many countries have established special agencies of mapping geographic information to work. The service field continues to expand. Government departments have taken a more and more important role to promote mapping geographic information industry.This paper presents the connotation, history and current situation of mapping geographic information, introduces the actuality of administrative management in mapping geographic information at home and abroad, and makes a deep exposition of the status, the main problems and their causes of mapping geographic information administration in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The main problems of mapping geographic information administration are focusing on the imperfect setting of the relevant government agencies, the lagging ruling ideas, the low degree of attention by government departments, the incomplete legal systems and so on.At present, many problems in administration of mapping geographic information in Inner Mongolia largely hinder its rapid development, going against the creation of service-oriented government. In order to actively promote this sunshine industry as a low carbon, high-tech and high value-added industry, it is necessary to analyze and study the development characteristics and the administrative models of mapping geographic information. Learning advanced management methods at home and abroad and the specific circumstances of Inner Mongolia’s economic development, this paper analyzes in-depth the administrative problems that currently exist, identifies appropriate countermeasures, and explores a correct way for the development of mapping geographic information in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
