Enterprise morality is based on enterprise behavior main body, the moral concept of enterprise management as the core, is the enterprise internal adjustment from person to person, individual and society, individual and collective, the relationship between enterprise and society code of conduct, the perfection of its theory and practice both to enhance the efficiency of enterprises, the standardization of the management behavior, the rights and interests of the enterprise stakeholders is not subject to damage or to the healthy and orderly development of the whole social economy all has the extremely significant significance. Enterprise is an important part of our socialist market economy, the enterprise can be directly affect the development of the whole national economic development. In modern economic society, strengthen moral construction, attach importance to corporate social responsibility is the enterprise in the fierce competition to survival and development of the necessary foundation, is the key to improve enterprise core competitiveness, is to maintain the market order, protecting the legal rights and interests of consumers. Therefore, the enterprise ethics has increasingly become a focus of the attention problems, pay attention to enterprise ethics construction is of great theoretical significance and practical significance. Based on business ethics as the research object, this paper mainly divided into five parts:The first part, research is mainly focused on the enterprise moral purpose, significance and research status, at the same time and an overview of the research contents and methods of the article.The second part, mainly expounds the basic intension of enterprise ethics and relevant theory.The third part, through the analysis of actual case of the present condition of the our country enterprise ethics, on the basis of analyzing the performance of Chinese enterprises lack of moral and social harm moral deficiency.The fourth part, system respectively from four aspects has analyzed our country enterprise the lack of moral.The fifth part, On the basis of above research, puts forward the countermeasures of promoting enterprise ethics construction measures: first, to strengthen social organization supervision mechanism, strengthen the government supervision, create a good external environment for the future development of the enterprise and the market environment; Secondly we should strengthen the ideological and political work of enterprises, improve the enterprise ethics institutionalized construction.The construction of enterprise ethics is not achieved overnight, but needs the government, enterprises and the common struggle of all the citizens. Enterprises as the undertaker of moral construction and practitioners, in the emphasis on economic benefits at the same time, also should attach great importance to the social value of the enterprise.
