Today left-behind women are the most important labor in rural of China,but also the main force of agricultural production.Now they face a low level of productivity,occupation of backward technology, domestic labor hard problems.Labor time allocation of women left in research, in-depth analysis of the family left the behavior decision and left behind women’s labor supply model.The results show that:rural male labor migration-behavior patterns of female labor force left-behind women on the one hand to improve her economic contribution to the family, on the other hand, mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the women left in rural areas. The decision is rational in the short term. However, left-behind women’s time allocation of irrationality to restrict its long-term welfare benefits.This paper analyzes the human resources into human capital investment, the rear of women through training,improve production efficiency, balance of work and leisuretime.Study using the method of literature:a large collection ofrelevant domestic and foreign rural labor force transfer,two part of market segmentation, left-behind economicphenomena and human resource development of literature.By combing the extraction essence,comprehensive analysis. Normative analysis:using the relevant theoretical knowledge, makes analysis on the basis of clarifying the concept.Empirical analysis:in the study of left-behind women’s time allocation is reasonable, in the province of Shanxi by means of investigation to the rear of a more serious phenomenon township (town) household data.Left-behind women have all kinds of distribution, wage, level of education, age, family income as variables. An empirical study on variable regression analysis do runstatistical software, analyze the influence of each variable,as a basis for policy recommendations.At last,the results of the research show that:the left-behind women’s labortime and obtain positive configuration of wage income,and educatio,training time is negative correlation. And left-behind women working time is long, the leisuretime is short, time allocation is unreasonable, cause them to participate in agricultural technology training, toimprove the technological level and productivity.Long term will lead to mental and physical exhaustion,the women left-behind many contradictions children neglect of discipline,affect feeling of husband and wife,and form avicious spiral.Based on the conclusion, put forward by training this way,enhance the ability of women left behind, to improve the level of agricultural science and technology.The training and development into a complete and efficient left behind women’s training system,committed to the development of left behind women’s human resources,human capital accumulation.
