The Comparatively Theoretical And Practical Research On The Perspective Of Theoretical Proseminar Between Chinese And Vietnamese Parties

In processing of China’s Reforming, Vietnam’s Revolution and Vietnam enterprise vigorous development by entering 21 st century, Chinese and Vietnamese two-parties held a series of high hierarchy Theoretical Proseminar and MarxismLeninism Forum in order to communicate the Political Party, Theoretical and Practical Socialist and other related issues.During the Proseminar, the definition of Socialism, how to build Socialism and how to collaborate the theoretical and practical parts of Marxism Leninism altogether these serval questions were put forward on the Theoretical Proseminar between China and Vietnam in June 2000 June. In November 2000, the Socialism theme “Practices between China and Vietnam” was discussed deeply on the Proseminar. After the proseminar, the relevant participants have been editing the <The Theoretical Marxism between China and Vietnam- Comparative Study of Creativity>, which embodied approximately ten Vietnamese scholars and thirteen Chinese scholars leading by Yu Xiangdong. In April 2011, Haiphong City in Vietnam, the second session of the “Chinese-Vietnamese Marxism Innovation Forum” was held in order to discuss the “Development of Socialist Mode: Theory and Practice”. The delegates whom come from China, Vietnam and Laos participate into the Forum jointly to discuss Socialism characteristics individually, the universality and particularity of socialism, Featured Chinese model and international significance, the creativity form and comparison of status among Chinese-Vietnamese and Chinese-Laos so on and so forth.At present, the Theoretical Proseminar between Chinese and Vietnamese twoparties were formed into steadfast mechanism. From 2003 to 2014, China and Vietnam held in total ten times “Theoretical Proseminar between China and Vietnam two-parties”. It’s aim to discuss and learn numerous experiences from different delegates among serval perspectives which include Socialist Marketing Economic Theory, Development Theory, Culture Theory, issues of Agriculture, Farmer and Rural area, practical economic crisis and Party work establishing, Mass work and Incorrupt Government Building and so on. It has significant implication in developing bilateral relations and promoting the party and the country’s construction individually. The Theoretical Proseminar between two-parties was the key channel which oriented the relationship maintain, as well as the noteworthy phenomenon producing within the internationally contemporary Communist Movement.
