Under the new situation, the communist party of China faces the test of ruling,reform and opening up, the challenge from the external environment of market economy. Slack spirit, insufficient ability, the danger of isolation from the masses, the risk of negative corruption etc. such more sharply problems are in the front of the whole party. Constantly improve the level of the party’s leadership and ruling level, prevent party from corruption and improve ability to resist risk, is the crucial theme of consolidating party’s ruling position and realizing the ruling mission. Learn and carry forward the spirit of Jiao Yulu has great significance to realize Chinese dream.This paper used current development situation at domestic and abroad as the background, the spirit of Jiao Yulu as the main line, and used politics, ethics, sociology and management theoretical tools with literature research, comparison research to analysis the connotation and value of Jiao Yu Lu spirit,and the difficulties faced by the current style construction of the Party,explore Jiao Yu Lu spirit of self-cultivation and the real value of the Party’s style construction.
