A Study Of Liaoning Provincial Government Information Disclosure Mechanism According To Application Based On Government Knowledge Management

With the rapid development of the knowledge economy and globalization of information networks, knowledge has become an important resource for development in all aspects of today’s society. Community are stocked knowledge resources to respond to the external environment. Under the new economic era, government knowledge management is an effective way to improve management and administrative efficiency. Apply for government information disclosure mechanism is an effective way for citizens to get information. The government information disclosure mechanism can effectively promote and enhance the service-oriented government building. Knowledge management methods applied to government information disclosure mechanism in this paper.It can maximize the use of knowledge resources and promote it effective implementation, improve service efficiency.In this paper, through the study of relevant information, the concept of government knowledge management features and content are discussed and studied. It contains management systems, organizational structure and management environment. This paper described the relations of government knowledge management and the application of information disclosure mechanism.Trying to use government knowledge management theory improve the application of information disclosure mechanism. We investigated the Liaoning provincial government and analyze some problem of the application of information disclosure mechanism through empirical research.It can building a knowledge-based management system, flat organizational structure, innovation management environment and seamless service based on Government knowledge management theory.
