The Platforms of lease cars online(the Platforms) is a kind of integration about the information of the car lease offline. And then, the message from it will be pushed to the drivers and the consumers. During this process, it contains four aspects legal relations. The car rental companies offer the information of lease cars and drivers, consumers and drivers make transaction directly, and the Platforms do as kind of information media. The new pattern was born from the demand of the market, and at the same time, there is risk in it. If there is no effective supervision on it, the right of four aspect could not be protected well. As a result, it is necessary to analysis and research the supervision of the Platforms.This paper divides into four parts:In the introduction of the article, the brief introduction of the O2 O pattern background will be made. Then analyze the business model of the car lease platforms in this background and the advantage of the Platforms.The second part: Analyze the legal relations and the potential problems that will be contained during the business process. There are lots of legal relations in this kind of service model, such as The Platform and the car rental companies, the Platform and the drivers, etc. Once there is accident during the service process, it is exoneration of the Platforms because of the special position of them--information intermediary. And at the same time, the safty of personal and property of consumers will be placed in the huge risk.The third part: the special point will be post by comparing the Platforms with the taxi business and the car rental industry. The taxi business has been in strict control in quantity and price by government. Though, the market of car rental industry is relatively liberalised, it becomes more and more massive due to lacking of effective management measure. The Platforms which survive in crevice, belongs to the same industry with the two above. However, there are more special points in supervising the Platforms, because of the difference of business model.The fourth part: suggestions in the light of the problems analyzes above will be recommended.
