As one of the founders of the communist party of China in the early, Li Da has made an outstanding contribution to the theory in socialist revolution and socialist construction in China. On the basis of modern China’s national conditions, his in-depth study of Marxist scientific socialism theory had taken an active part in all kinds of socialist political practice, formed the scientific socialism. Research on exploration of theories of socialism of Li Da is on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research results, the concrete analysis of Li Da the forming conditions of the socialist theory, comb form development,expounds the main content of the exploration of theories of socialism, summed up the contribution to socialist theory, tries to his socialist thoughts overall research and objective evaluation.The exploration of socialism theory of Li Da has scientific theory source and the profound cultural background, at the same time, it is together with the specific historical conditions and personal, so Li Da to explore the conditions of the socialist theory is the basic premise of its ideas. From the point of development,Li Da to explore the formation and development of socialism is roughly experienced germination, preliminary formation, the basic form, further development, and gradually perfect the five stages. From the point of main content, Li Da mainly discussed three problems: the socialist basic problem, the socialist revolution and socialist construction. Li Da in the exploration of socialist theory to distinguish socialism boundaries provides a theoretical reference to the development of the socialist and promotes the further development of Marxism.
