Analysis On “Sex-Bribe” Criminalization

Ever since the establishment of countries in human society,along with the issues of the official corruptions. Based on the historical traditions,state system and regime of its legal system, countries in the whole world are insistently adjust their rules of law to regulate official corruptions. As the main aspects of corruption crime, “sex-bribe” has remained a major focus of criminal law in all countries even the norms of the corruption crime are distinct difference in consideration of discrepancy of theory in criminal law. This article analyzes on“sex-bribe” criminalization from the perspective of theory of legal interests protection. To facilitate the China’s “sex-bribe” criminalization,this article provides research summary and reference of current state of study and the regulations from extraterritorial on “sex- bribe” issues.
