In our country, the cognizance of 'the first plea bargaining case in china' evoked the comprehensive attention and discussion. At present, it is of great significance both in theory and practice to study the necessity and feasibility of plea bargaining in our country and make the system design.After in-depth research of the plea bargaining system aboard, the author analyzed the rationality of the system, and reveal the necessity and possibility of implementing plea bargaining system, and tried to design the system in china.
