Reality legislation in China has been set up a large number of external input behavior regulation clauses in order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. It’s ironic that we still don’t tighten safety valve on the tip of the tongue. So the study of contaminated edible agricultural products is very necessary.Agricultural behavior will not only bring agricultural pollution problems, also can indirectly damage the human’s body through food chain by the polluted edible agricultural products. Our country existing agricultural damage relief law are too general to solve the problem that agricultural producer responsibility ability unable to meet the victims claims. Use of socialized agricultural environment damage relief system can implement and digest the agricultural environment damage responsibility. Agricultural environment liability insurance comes into my vision.Thesis includes five parts: the first part is the introduction of the research background, purpose and significance, research situation at home and abroad, the approach of research idea, method, innovation points; The second part is the summary of edible agricultural products safety in our country and the difference between the concept of edible agricultural products and food; The third part analyzes the coupling of edible agricultural products damage; The fourth part discusses the feasibility and the superiority about the agricultural environmental liability insurance relieve edible agricultural products damage; The fifth part trys to design the agricultural environmental liability insurance more on the basis of predecessors’ research; The last part is conclusion of prospect of agricultural environmental liability insurance.
