Zengcheng City Social Security Prevention System Optimization

With the development of the society and the times, The national social security situation has been complicated,and the new situation of the social security has become increasingly prominent problems,leading that today’s social security prevention encountered very severe test.And the same, social security issues also affect the stability of society, thus in relation to the progress of the construction of socialist modernization Chinese characteristics. How to establish a new system of county social security protection system to curb crimes effectively and to prevent the group events is a research topic.In this paper, in order to optimize the construction of Zengcheng Social Security Protection System is the goal.Using the the research method of literature and the method of social survey and the method of comparative study, and analysising the situation of public security and Zengcheng Social Security Protection System,we find out the problems of Zengcheng Social Security Protection System,and take a research in the optimization of Zengcheng Social Security Protection System,and put forward the corresponding optimization measures.First, reading the materials and books about social security protection, taking in the study on the concept and theories related to Zengcheng Social Security Protection System, and sorting and refining them, including the concept of content, elements, construction principles and basic characteristics of social security protection system.The second, taking a investigation and analysis on the present situation of the social security in Zengcheng,pointing out the characteristics of the social security in Zengcheng,and researching on the present situation of the construction in Zengcheng Social Security Protection System, analysising to the existing problems,so that we can provide a basis for optimization of Zengcheng Social Security Protection System.The third, analysing of the social security protection system of the domestic and foreign,such as England,USA,Suzhou City and Zhuzhou City. That will provide reference to optimize Zengcheng Social Security Protection System.Finally, at the insistence of the three basic principles of optimization, we put forward five optimization measures in this paper.
