As Shanghai Free Trade Zone(SFTZ) has being established smoothly since 2013. It will lay a solid foundation of our economic development.The SFTZ can promote international economic communication and be prosperous in the future relying on our domestic economic policy and circumstance,which will stimulating domestic economic development. However,The legal supervised pressure and the new type of commercial problems will increase along with the economic development. If we do not pay enough attention on the legislation of economic reform supervision,the financial market of our country will be chaos that have bad influence not only on the financial long-term development but also the security of economic innovation.To explore the revolution,we need to analysis and research plenty of data and materials,collect the legal provision of financial supervision of SFTZ,summarize the challenges of legal supervision about the economic reformation and the successful experiences of other countries’ Free Trade Zone. Based on it,this article propose the suggestion and conception of the economic legislation.lt divided into two aspects,one is the freedom of the economic supervision of onshore financial market,which included liberalization of capital account and interest rate,innovation of foreign exchange administration and the background of RMB intemationalization^the other one is the supervision of offshore financial market.In addition,as regard to the construction of the financial legal regulation,we will compared with the other Free Trade Zone and Financial Center to find a appropriate way that meet our practical situation.The suggestions are about six parts:The Financial situation;Financial legal system;Early warning mechanism,Information disclosure requirement system;Increase transparency and International cooperation.Therein,the Legal system and International cooperation are the two important parts.Combining the six parts that we can find a comprehensive reform way.At present,the regulations of Free Trade Zone are still on the macro and surface level.There are still lack of specific details and the courage of thorough innovation.Our financial innovation will undoubtedly "step out,,corresponding to international convention on account of the policy " attract in "and " step ouf’.As the pioneer of economic reformation,the SFTZ regional improvement of financial legal system need to become faster and stronger.By means of the comparison between the experiences of different countries, focusing on the jurisprudence of economic supervision of SFTZ is the main task in order to improve the financial invest environment and nationwide economic development.
