The Establishment Of Personal Data Disclosure System In Copyright Enforcement In Cyberspace

The arrangement of personal data disclosure system is of great importance to strike the balance between copyright and personal information protection. At the present time, not only the copyright legal system in China with regard to information disclosure is confused, but also the lack of information law as well the current system is incompatible to the copyright enforcement, which makes establishment of the personal data disclosure mode in the context of copyright enforcement in cyberspace crucial. The dissertation is divided into five chapters.It is the definitions that are expounded in the Chapter One which aims at clarifying the basic premise and the scope of the research. In the Chapter Two, international resources and two different methodologies are referred to. The comparative studies, which focus on the assessment and analysis of specific modes, are included in the Chapter Three and Chapter Four, where the current Chinese legal system, followed by the experience from the European Union, is discussed. At last in the Chapter 5, based on the illustrations above, a reasonable system is proposed by the author.
