Research On United Front Work Of New Social Class In Lunan District Tangshan City

With the application of reform and opening up and the development of socialist market economy, workers,peasants and intellectuals have gradual differentiation into career-creating talents and technical personnel in private technology enterprises, management and technical staff employed by foreign companies, self-employed, private entrepreneurs, intermediary organization practitioners and liberal profession personnel. The six new social groups are collectively referred to as "new social classes".Located at the center, Lunan District is not only old and prosperous, but also the center of commercial business, culture creativity, logistics and information. New social class of Lunan District came into being early, developed rapidly, and now has formed into a special group, which is on the edge of traditional system.It is complicated. Its trades filters in various industries. It characterized by frequent flow and large scale, diversification of ideology and value orientation, and miscellaneous management. How to find the work focus of united front for new social class and give them full play to their role in political and economic development is an important project with theoretical and practical significance.By researching the new social class in Lunan District, this article explores solutions to problems existing in united front work. The paper is divided into four parts. The first part elaborates on research background, significance, and status at home and abroad, research methods and innovative points of this article. The second part expounds new concepts and theoretical basis, survey and significance related to the new class. The third part analyzes the situation of united front work of new social classes, including its achievements, problems and causes. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve united front work of new social class. The countermeasures in this paper are based on innovation of evaluation system whose subjects are representatives among intermediary organization and freelance intellectuals.This article applies relevant theories of public management, combines with the accumulation of experience in united front work, through consulting literature, collecting data, and field survey. By putting forward corresponding countermeasures, establishing working mechanism, perfecting evaluation system, innovating carrier, extending scope of work and expanding political participation, etc., we can strengthen representative teams, promote united front work in Lunan District. We hope this study would provide theoretical support and practical reference to carry out the united front work of new social classes in Lunan District.
