Ideology is a system of ideas that composed of a set of words symbol. In this concept system, the specific combination of a series of core words is used to demonstrate the legitimacy of the existing system and order. And then provide reasonable demonstrating and practical support for rulers’ specific target. Words are the symbols of ideology. It is also the premise for people’s understanding, internalizing and guiding of their behaviors. Words, sentences and discourse is the external form of ideology in the whole sense, and the change of discourse deeply reflect the change of ideology. Specific to this study, the party’s political report is under the guiding of the party’s ideology. Comparative study on the change of the party’s previous political ideology discourse in the report can discern the party’s ideological evolution process and the way of innovation.This paper focuses on the study of the evolution and innovation about the ideological discourse of the communist party of China after the reform and opening up. In order to reveal the features of the ideological discourse evolution, this paper adopt the comparative study method. We find the High-frequency words through comparing the previous political reports transversely and longitudinally from the eleventh to the eighteenth, and then grasp the characteristics of the changes. This paper consists of five chapters:the first chapter is the concept of ideology discourse, such as ideology, discourse, ideological discourse. The second chapter is the analysis of the party’s core ideological discourse before reform and opening up, and is mainly through the analysis of the of the eleventh political report such as the "revolution", "chairman MAO", "socialism", etc. These core words is verified to the view of summing up the ideology as revolution al ideology before the reform and opening up.The third chapter is the focus of this article and it mainly analyzes the evolution of the ideology discourse of the communist party of China after the reform and open up. We find the High-frequency words through comparing the previous political reports transversely and longitudinally from the twelfth to the eighteenth, and then grasp the characteristics of the changes. It can be seen from the analysis of this chapter that the twelfth and thirteenth political report words have obvious transitional nature. Some words such as "enterprise" and "production" are disappeared in the fourteenth political report, but "economy", "construction" and "socialism", "development" and other words are always the high frequency words in the report. Starting from sixteenth political report, the word "development" reference point and coverage increased dramatically, and has become the first in the high frequency words in the seventeenth and eighteenth political report. From the twelfth to eighteen political report, although the dominant discourse are different, but other high frequency words such as "party", "socialism", "economy" and "construction" are still have relative stability, on the basis of the third chapter, the fourth chapter focuses on analysis of the characteristics of the party’s ideological discourse evolution and mode building, in order to looking for laws of ideological discourse evolution. The fifth chapter is the practical significance of this study, in detail, it is focus on the enlightenment of party’s ideological discourse innovation.
