Research On The Path Of Talent Team Construction In China From The Perspective Of Marxist Talent Thought

The world today is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,and human society has entered another period of active innovation.Strategic games between major countries are intensifying in an all-round way,while the competition in overall national strength is fundamentally about the competition for talents.To achieve the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the talent pool in the new era is the biggest capital.Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,great progress has been made in talent team building.Especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the firm implementation of the talent power strategy has further promoted China from a "populous country" to a "talent power".While summing up our achievements,we should deeply realize that there are still some problems and difficulties to be solved in the construction of our talent team.Marxist concept of talent is very advanced,is one of the core of Marxist thought.As far as China is concerned,the socialist view of talent with Chinese characteristics is also very advanced,which is reflected in the utilization of the actual situation of Chinese society,while retaining the Marxist thought,which is the guide for the construction of China's talent team.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the path of talent team construction in Marxism.Marxism focuses on "what man is" and "how man exists",which embodies the value pursuit of "man's all-round development".Marxism holds that man is a man in a society,and that among the factors of productive forces,man(laborer)is the most active one.In a certain sense,historical materialism lays the foundation of the scientific nature of Marxist thought on talents.Guided by Marxism,this paper explores the path of talent team construction based on China's national conditions by referring to relevant theories such as talent study,sociology and management,so as to better promote the development and improvement of talent work.Based on the reality of talent team construction in China,this paper firstly expounds the research background,important significance,research status and research methods at home and abroad.Secondly,it mainly expounds the logical premise and theoretical foundation of marxist talent thought,and systematically expounds the main content and characteristics of Marxist talent thought.Thirdly,combined with the actual analysis of China's talent team construction problems and causes.The fourth part profoundly expounds the principle and path of talent team construction in our country,we should adhere to the principle of "cadre management and talent management by the Party",adhere to the principle of improving the quality of talents as the core,adhere to the principle of talent training and use.Finally,on the basis of this,the paper puts forward the construction path of our country's talent team.It is necessary to set up marxist view of talent resources cognition,talent training,and strengthening the combination of education and production.Carry out the concept of using,actively optimize the talent structure;Strengthen the top-level design of talent development mechanism,optimize and improve the public service guarantee of talent;At the same time,the Talent Law should be promulgated by law to make clear norms for talent training,assessment,selection,use and promotion.Create a quality development environment for attracting and retaining talents,and form a virtuous cycle of attracting,retaining and using talents.
