Higher Education Of Inner Mongolia Government Supply Problem Research

In recent years, with the knowledge economy and the development of science and technology, the competition between countries is more and more dependent on education, especially higher education. Under the background of deepen the reform of education system and vigorously implement the strategy of "strong education area", the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the less developed western economy which have huge gap of the supply quality with other provinces in higher education because of its complex nature factor and economic development restriction, although it also has some achievements. The supply of higher education in Inner Mongolia also need to improve and optimize as well as maintain sustained and rapid economic growth under the new national situation of quality and structural improvement of higher education.This paper uses the supply of public goods theory and the government supplies theory, from the perspective of government function,adopted the method of literature and comparative research, which come up with the analysis of the current situation of government supply of higher education in Inner Mongolia, through the comparative analysis of objective data and put forward the higher education in Inner Mongolia autonomous region government supply problems,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to the problems.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.mainly to expound the research in background of the problem and the significance and research status at home and abroad.The second part is relevant concepts and theories introduce,which expounded the concept of higher education supply and analyzed the application for this article.The third part probes into the government supply situation supply of higher education in Inner Mongolia, which discusses the questions such as the lack of total supply,unbalanced supply, unreasonable structure of supply, and the education is poor in quality etc.The fourth part respectively for the influence factor of higher education the government supply such as the understanding of prejudice and despise, perfectness of education supply system and supervision mechanism,the defect of the government a single supply,the differentiation of education policy and the legal lag.The last part of the paper, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward separately to improve and perfect the higher education of Inner Mongolia including the government concept of change and improve the consciousness of public service;Improving and perfect perfectness of education supply system and supervision mechanism;Strengthen the service function to ensure the supply of higher education;Making use of the preferential policies of national autonomous areas and insist on law to administer the education.To improve the Inner Mongolia autonomous region higher education supply.
