Study On Government Management Function In The Development Of Higher Vocational Education In Q City Of Yunnan Province

The development of higher vocational education is an important part of China’s strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talents.Higher vocational education shoulders the responsibility of training a large number of high-quality technical and skilled personnel for social development,and has made important contributions to improving the quality of workers,promoting economic and social development and promoting employment.However,with the continuous development of China’s society,industrial upgrading and economic structure adjustment,the demand for technical skills in all walks of life is more and more urgent.And higher vocational education cannot fully adapt to the needs of economic and social development,especially the energy efficiency of economic and social development in service areas is not obvious.There are some problems in the process of development that restrict the role of higher vocational education,such as the imperfect management system 、 diseased safeguard mechanism 、short autonomy of development and other problems.From the perspective of government management function,this paper defines the government’s management function in the development of higher vocational education,and further studies the government’s management function in the development of higher vocational education in Q City,Yunnan.On the basis of government function theory and public goods theory,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems and finally explores measures to improve the government management function,so as to promote the improvement of government management function and the development of higher vocational education in Q City,so as to enhance the ability of higher vocational education to serve the social development in talent training,labor employment,social economic development and other aspects,and achieve the sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational education in Q City.
