All of these problems take a deep root in the fact that the ownership of taxis in our nation must come into existence after the special permission of government, and the permission always comes with extremely strict terms of regulations, which basically equals to banning private entry to the industry. From the angle of national legislation, the system of special permission is too weak to present equality and justice, and the failure in correcting it will keep the current problems, especially strikes, as everlasting as one can foresee.Therefore, the solution of problems concerning the special permission of taxi management means the solution of all other problems. The research is centered on the taxi ownership and relevant legal issues, and furthermore, through the analysis of several systemic problems caused by the special permission mentioned above and its legitimacy, is expected to offer the disturbed taxi trade some practical help.
