The Legislation Study On Public Enterprises Information Disclosure

Information disclosure is one of the most basic legal system in modern democratic country. In modern society, public enterprises as the main body to provide public services in hands of the large number of information, which is related with the public daily life. It is a trend to take this kind of information into the information disclosure system. In recent years, public enterprises information disclosure growing rapidly in China, in order to regulation the activities, many departments and provinces have issued local law and regulations. However, public enterprises of information disclosure legislation is still not perfect, lack of a unified legislation system, public enterprises information disclosure law which can have nationally standardized potency is most needed.The article from the aspect of administrative law research public enterprises information legislation, the text of this paper consists of four parts. First, describe the legal characteristics of the public enterprises, the information of the public enterprises, the public enterprises information disclosure and analyzed the theory of the public enterprises basis. Second, sum up local law and regulations which have been promulgated in China as of December 2014. Analyze various related systems which have been set up and point out the weaknesses in local legislation of public enterprises information legislation. Third, introduce legislation of public enterprises information legislation in the U.K, the U.S and Japan. Sum up characteristics of legislation systems in these countries accordingly. In the end, legislative suggestions are given with the uncertain compulsory subject standard; the rage, way, program, supervision in local legislation of public enterprises information legislation.
