The Study On Close Relationship Between The Communist Party Of China And The Masses

The relationship between the Party and the masses is important basis for the existence and development of parties. The Party’s biggest political advantage is maintaining close relationship with the masses.Our party should inherit and develop the style of this fine tradition and do good servant for the masses. Our party should fully seize this rare historical opportunity to contribute to socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. Our party should unite and lead the people, cohesion force to overcome difficulties, to achieve the Chinese characteristics socialist modernization together. There are some bad styles in some party members currently, such as bureaucracy, formalism, and so on, and our party faces with the danger from the masses. In this critical situation, the Party carry out educational practice of mass line in depth. Make the leaders go grassroots to get close to the masses, hear their voices and serve well for the masses, so that the Party can have close relationship with the masses.This paper uses methods of dialectical and historical materialism research, literature research, historical research, analysis and synthesis research. With the guidance of this Historical materialism, I discuss the Communist Party of China’s theoretical basis, historical development and the contemporary practice, then sum up the instructive experience and inspiration which are useful to the Party on the current.The body consists of five parts. The first part, to discuss the introduction, includes the background and significance of research, the trendency of research, the methods and innovations of research. The second part, to discuss the Communist Party of China’s theoretical basis on close relationship between the Party and the masses, sets four theoretical basis for the whole paper. The third part, to discuss the Communist Party of China’s historical development on close relationship between the Party and the masses, analysises measures the Party have taken to keep close relationship with the masses in New Democratic Revolution and socialist revolution and construction period. The forth part, to discuss the Communist Party of China’s contemporary practice on close relationship between the Party and the masses, analysises the Party’s guidelines and policies in the early stage of reform and opening-up, the period of promoting reform and opening-up, the period of deepening reform and opening-up. The fifth part, to discuss the experience and inspiration on close relationship between the Party and the masses, summarizes the following points:safeguarding the fundamental interests of the masses, establishing clear mechanisms for the expression of the masses, adhering to the Party’s mass line work methods, strengthening the construction of clean and honest administration.Through the research, the paper sums up the practice experience of closing relationship between the Party and the masses which have a certain significance to the development of relationship between the Party and the masses.
