Analysis On Hu Jintao’s Cultural Strategy Thinking

As the soul of a nation, culture is playing an increasingly important role in the overall national strength competition. Now all countries are facing some important issues, including promoting cultural progress, improving cultural soft power and the overall national strength. Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC, on the basis of inheriting thinking of cultural construction from Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin, the Central Party Committee with Hu Jintao as the general secretary, guided by the Marxism, has been commanding the socialist cultural construction with the Scientific Outlook on Development and have proposed the following cultural strategy thinking in succession:the construction of harmonious culture, the construction of socialist core value system, deepening reform of the cultural system, improvement of the cultural soft power and the construction of socialist cultural power. They have established the development path of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and developed the theory of its construction.There are five sections in this paper, among them, the introduction introduces the topic basis, the research status of Hu’s cultural strategy thinking, my research ideas and methods and other related concepts. The body of the thesis is divided into four parts:the first part analyzes the formation and development process of it from the background and theoretical sources; the second part describes its guiding ideology, goal, objective, task and strategic body and other cultural strategy from a strategic perspective; the third part focuses on the implementation of it; the fourth part analyzes the theoretical properties and the its theoretical and practical significance.Hu Jintao’s cultural strategy thinking is the inheritance and development of Marxist cultural thoughts in the new era, and an important part of the theory of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. It is significant and profound to further analyze on it in order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation under the leadership of the communist party of China.
