The Research Of The Dialectical Relationship Between The Three Levels Of Socialist Core Values

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC creative proposed the three levels about the core socialist values, that is “prosperity, democracy, civility, and harmony”in national level, “freedom, equality, justice and the rule of law” in social level, “patriotism, dedication, integrity, and friendship ”in personal level. In conjunction with the rich ages color, the formulation is the return of the relative values of Marxism and a sign of maturity and system. It is of great theoretical and practical significance.Although the three levels of core socialist values main body, content and function of each are not identical, they are intimately involved. Realize from personal code of ethics to social value orientation, finally to the sublimation and progressive of national macro ideal. If simply regard the “three levels” as a concentric circles, then the “people” as the logical starting point for the construction of core socialist values, is the concentric circle.To the outer diffusion are the values of social level and national level respectively. While the social hierarchy in the position of the intersection of personal and national level plays the role of a bridge and link. These three interconnected, influence each other, follow the rules of quantitative and qualitative change, tortuous moving forward, united in the practice of socialism spiritual civilization with Chinese characteristics.According to the research results of dialectical relationship between the three levels of core socialist values, we should cultivate and practice core socialist values respectively from the macro ideology, social management system innovation as well as the citizens’ basic moral. Give full play to the main body in the social structure of the core values, emphasis on human’s shape and cultivate and exert the social hierarchy “lubricant” effect. Emphasis on integrity will converge between different subjects. In a word, to practice core socialist values should handle the dialectical relationship between “three levels” and the objective laws correctly, establish a long-term mechanism and promote the continuous development of the core socialist values.
