The Research Of Socialist Core Values Based On The Perspective Of Cultural Soft Power

In the report of the eighteenth national congress of the CPC, we can clearly find that the Chinese government should advocate prosperity, democracy, civilization and harmony; strengthen freedom, equality, justice and legalization; propose patriotism, devotion honesty, friendship, and cultivate and practice the socialist core values. It does not only emphasize that China should strengthen the cultural construction at the time of economy and politics construction from the height of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also emphasize the significance of cultural security from the perspective of socialist ideology. Along with the all- round development of market economy, the competition between countries is more and more embodied in competition of cultural soft power, including ideology. The socialist core values is the inner spirit and the soul of the socialist system, and lead the construction of a harmonious society and its culture. The socialist core values centrally manifest the socialist politics and economy in the field of concept, thus, it has the fundamental dominant function in improving the national cultural soft power, which is determined by the profound connotation of socialist core values. The socialist core values is the core of the construction of cultural soft power, and can enhance the national cohesion and charisma, and can resist penetration of western social values. Aiming at the problems in the cultural soft power, we can cultivate the socialist core values from the following several aspects: strengthening the propaganda and education of socialist core values, building the common spiritual home for the Chinese nation, strengthening culture construction, promoting cultural content form, creating the means of system and mechanism innovation and communication, strengthening the construction of network culture, etc.This thesis is mainly divided into five aspects: the first chapter mainly introduced the research purpose and significance of the socialist core values based on the perspective of cultural soft power, the research status at home and abroad, then put forward the research ideas and research methods and the innovation of this thesis; The second chapter is mainly define the related concepts of cultural soft power and socialist core values, and explores the theoretical origin of socialist core values; The third chapter focus on the relationship betwee n the socialist core values and the cultural soft power; The fourth chapter mainly lists several major problems of cultivating of the socialist core values, and carefully analyzes to attempt to explore the essence reason behind the problem; The fifth chapter mainly put forward the paths of cultivating socialist core values based on the perspective of cultural soft power, trying to solve the problems of the thesis study.
