Rasearch On The Effect Of Village Cadres’ Social Relationship Network On Job Performance

This article uses the survey data of 136 village cadres and 277 villagers in Hubei province S city Z district. The research designed seven dimensions of economic development, which included administrative task, environment development, spiritual construction, natural relatives, patriarchal clan background, personal social networks.This paper is based on description of village cadres’ social networks and job performance, and then establishes multiple linear regression models to analyze the impact of social networks on job achievements. The investigation mainly uses the questionnaire survey and interview, which provides 440 questionnaires. The effective questionnaires are 413, thus the overall returns-ratio reaches as high as 93.8%. In140 questionnaires distributed on social network, about 136 copies were returned.And in the 300 questionnaires issued to the work performance, 277 copies were recovered.This article is divided into four parts: introduction, study design, study findings,conclusions and solutions. The introduction mainly includes the question of asking,the purpose of the study, the significance of research, literature review of the network concerning the society and work achievements, and creativity and shortage in the paper. Research subject mainly includes study contents, study ideas, study assumption,study method and technique route diagram, and the basic introduction of investigating location and variable declaration.Through the analysis of social relations network, we can find that the village cadre manages the public relations to be good personally, has the strong patriarchal clan background consciousness, and are supported in a high rate of natural relatives.The research illustrates that the social network of village cadres overall was good. By analyzing work achievements, we may discover that the development of village economy is ordinary, the administrative task completes of village cadre is waiting for enhancing, the environment of village develops well, the village cadre promotion of cultural and ethical progress is unsatisfactory.The research illustrates that job performance of the village cadre as a whole is low.Through Correlation analysis,we can believe that the stronger clans background of village cadres is, the better for the economic development of village and environment development of the village, and the village cadres’ natural relatives support rate is higher, the economic development of the village then is better. Besides,the social net of the village cadres is more perfect, job performance of the village cadres is better.Through these multiple linear regression models, we can find that patriarchal clans’ backgrounds have a remarkable influence to village cadres’ work result, but personal social and natural relatives does not have a significant influence to the village cadres’ work performance.According to the research, we can put forward these following measures:(1)Maintaining and fixing natural relatives relationship would be helpful to economic development for village;(2)Promoting patriarchal clan cognitive is helpful to the economic development of village;(3)Giving dual attention to the interest relations of patriarchal clan is helpful to completion of administrative task;(4)the village cadre should pay attention to the positive role of social networks for work performance;(5)The village cadre must improve the ability of the social relations network;(6)The village cadre must face up to the unfavorable factor of utilizing social relations network in construction;(7)Expansion of the personalbusiness social network of village cadres is helpful to the environmental development.
