Comprehensively promote the villager autonomy, promote the politicalparticipation of farmers is one of the long-term strategic objectives of the party and thegovernment, the strategic choice is the development of new socialist countrysideconstruction of socialist democratic politics, the relationship between the direction ofrural development. With the new rural construction, the rapid development of China’spolitical economy, the ideological and political quality is also improved, enhance thesense of master status, political status greatly improved, so the enthusiasm of politicalparticipation has been enthusiastically. The village cadres play an important role in thevillager autonomy and democratic political. It is the construction to promote themanagement of village affairs. And it has a direct influence on the political participationof the villagers.In modern society, human nature has become the work ties that link the private andpublic life. Human nature also is the core element in the appropriate public propertysystem. Village cadres is using the relationship to do the work, on the one hand is theemotional reaction, on the other hand is the accumulation of feelings. Theoretically,work is the male and the human sentiment is private. Both of them should be diameternutrient-laden is clear. However, the reality is on the contrary. Private to deal with thehuman communication, and the work is easy to do. To study the relationship betweenvillage cadres and villagers and villagers’ political participation is an innovation of thepaper.This paper reviews the literature, leader-member relationship theory, learningtheory and structure of measuring political participation, combined with the modernbackground, according to the research purpose and significance of the research, putforward the hypothesis: the village cadres and villagers have the positive influencesignificantly on political participation of villagers; village cadres and villagersrelationship between each dimension measurement and the political participation ofvillagers in the measurement of dimensions are significantly correlated, there issignificantly positive relationship between the village cadres--villagers relationship inemotion, loyalty, respect, with four dimensions and the political participation ofvillagers election in attitude and behavior, expression of interest, the election ofvillagers and participate in the management of four dimensions, there exists a negative effects of significant relationship struggle and political participation of villagers in theadults.In this paper, leader-member relationship from the measured Liden&Maslyncompiled the four dimension table, and according to the research object of this specificrevisions of each item, finally made a comprises20measuring problem of village cadresand villagers relationship scale, including emotion, loyalty, respect, with fourdimensions, each dimension5items. For the political participation of villagers in scale,this paper measured from five dimensions, including the election of attitude andbehavior, struggle, interest expression, the election of villagers and participate in themanagement of five dimensions, after the revision of the initial questionnaire items,delete some reliability is not high, finally obtained includes21measurement items table,the two scale through the analysis of reliability and validity of the SPASS and AMOSsoftware, has a high reliability and validity, showed that the questionnaire has highquality.In this paper, it takes several villages in Shandong and Zhejiang province as theresearch object. The village include the city of Quzhou, Shaoxing, Hangzhou, and thecity of Yantai, Taian, Laiwu city. All of the cities are in Shandong and Zhejiangprovince, which is total of18villages and towns as the research object in this paper. Itcollected226valid questionnaires, according with the requirement of effective samplesize. Using OLS estimates concluded its relevance, reuse of Shapley valuedecomposition based on R2concludes that social network’s contribution to the manyfactors influencing village cadres’ job performance ranking. Village cadres humannetwork is way to multi-channel affect their work performance. This article mainlyabout the social network influenced of village cadres’ personality, work attitude test twochannels. Using OLS estimation method, introduces two cross terms, village cadres arehuman feelings and character interaction, village cadres personal network interactiveitems and working attitude, so as to test cadres, the network influences the performanceof work way.Empirical study results show that the village cadres of human network and itsperformance has a significant positive correlation, and the way of village cadres humannetwork which is influenced the performance of work is personality and the workattitude. Finally, this paper analyzes the significance of the research, and then put forwardsome reference suggestions, and points out the development direction of limitations ofthis study and future.
