In this study under the vast development of rural areas to find out practical problems,look at the work and life of cadres assigned to country.Through the record investigation of their individual adaptation status,this paper analyzes the adapting mode and process of the village cadres under the new role of the village,such as building a new self-concept,and then analyzes and evaluates the system of cadres in the village.-The paper uses questionnaire and field survey to deepen the understanding of the cadres in the following villages,at the same time,interviews with the villagers and the grassroots cadres,and analyzes the whole operation of the village system in the local grassroots,so as to find out the problems,The village cadres do not adapt to the real situation.Whether it is on the rural living environment or mode of work,it is not completely free of obstacles into the smooth.In the analysis of the phenomenon,it is found that the individual adaptability to the identity of the system and the applicability of the system in the grass-roots have affected the whole adaptive process of the village cadres in the countryside to a certain extent.In the grassroots cadres in the village to play a variety of roles,both rural outsiders,but also the level of rural cadres on the leadership,and virtually the village committee to play the role of supervision.On the one hand,they bring the city resources to make the villagers close to them,on the other hand,the cadres in the special organizational identity makes the villagers are very cagey about them.Especially for the original village cadres,how to work with cadres assigned to work in village is a very complex problem.Cadres is adapting to the countryside,the village is also adapting to the cadres.The enlargement of the cadres' behavior in the cities is also the probable reason for the barrier of cadres.The problems faced by the cadres in the village are not only specific practical difficulties,their subjective discomfort and objective environmental constraints,but also some unsolved problems which are not solved by the individual under the village-specific field and the village-based system itself.Under the influence of various factors,because the power is not clear and the responsibility is not clear,and even appeared in the village cadres take the initiative to reduce the phenomenon of progressive administrative behavior.And some of them think that they can avoid mistakes if do nothing.The short stay of cadres in rural areas is out of line with rural development which is needed for a long time.This problems impede cadres adapt to the countryside,adapt to the new role.At the same time,there is still room for improvement in the system design.For example,the focus shifted from single to multiple,from economy to production and living;Pay more attention to the development of cadres themselves so that can Improve the efficiency of the system.This article is based on the village-based practice in a region,take cadres as the starting point,combined with the surrounding environment reaction,and use social theories analysis the group of cadres,the cadre system in village,the village development within this system,in order to provide references for cadres adapting to the countryside and provide sociology perspective to system of cadres assigned to work in village in the context of country development.
