Lenin’s theory of international relations as a key component of Marxist theory of international relations was proposed according to Lenin’s revolution practices, and it is an inheritance and development of Marxist theory of international relations. This theory has instructed the October Socialism Revolution of Russia and helped Soviet Unionbroke the blockade and isolation of imperialism. Also, this theory provided source of inspirit for the worldwide national liberation movements.Lenin international relations theory is seen as the fundamental theory of socialist countries when they intend to develop their international relationships, and this theory provided scientific perspectives on solving national issues, regarding class matters and communicating with countries of various state institutions refer to the area of international relations. Although, Lenin did not interpret the international relations theory systematically with explicit language in his works and articles. As a fundamental theory employed by the new-born Soviet Union for dealing with international affairs, this theory provided a paradigm for socialist countries in developing their diplomatic relations. In addition, Lenin international relations theory plays a significant role in both the theoretical and practical process of socialist countries constructing a stable international environment and formulating their diplomatic strategies. The content of Lenin international relations theory is abundant which refers to every aspect of international affairs, and these international affairs were interpreted from multiple perspectives in this theory. The core contents of this theory can be divided into four parts which include time theory, world revolution theory, peaceful coexistence theory and theory of national colony. More specifically, time theory is the foundation of Lenin international relations theory; world revolution theory which is the principle line of Lenin international relations theory was involved in Lenin international relations theory and its practices all along; peaceful Coexistence theory was a complementary and regulatory strategy of world revolution theory conducted by Lenin according to actual revolution situations and world national liberation movements that guided by national colony theory provided realistic basis for the practices of world revolution theory. Moreover, Lenin’s time theory primarily includes dividing eras on the basis of the changing productivity. Lenin concluded the world is at the age of imperialism, and the theme of this age is war and revolution. Lenin also considered the proletarian revolution would be coming soon. As Lenin stated, war cannot be avoided in the age of imperialism, and revolution is the only way that can stop the war. Nevertheless, the strategic focus of the new situation had to be shifted to peaceful coexistence due to the limitation of world revolution theory. Peaceful coexistence theory was applied by the new-born Soviet Russia for building relationships with countries of distinct state institutions, and it was gradually developed as one of the basic principles of other countries when developing their diplomatic relations.Lenin international relations theory is a timeless concept of value and a systematic theory which has been examined by practices, and it still shows a powerful vitality. International relations theory as the fundamental theory of socialistic countries in dealing with international affairs is always throughout the process of Chinese government dealing with international affairs and strategic practices of making diplomatic strategies. Furthermore, this theory has a significant effect on China in building the socialistic core value system, creating a favorable international environment, rising peacefully and making the Chinese Nation stand towering in world nation community.
