Anhui Rural Community Construction Situation And Satisfaction Analysis

Rural community is a new explore of the rural social construction and development of strategic proposition after the household contract responsibility system.For a long time the uneven development between urban and rural areas in our country, the construction of infrastructure and public services in rural areas is far behind the city’s. Community management is an important part of the research community problems and choosing a suitable management mode is very important to the sustainable rural communities’ development, so the rural community construction and management mode is of great significance and influence.This thesis is divided into six sections:the first section is introduction, this section briefly introduces the research background and significance and the literature review of both at home and abroad, etc. The second chapter introduction and theoretical basis for related concept, this section respectively introduces the integration of urban and rural integration theory, modern public management theory, cooperative equilibrium type of governance theory and the theory of public goods supply, all of those shall provides a theoretical basis for the current situation of the rural community construction in anhui province and the analysis of the management model.
