Study On Tourism Emergency Management Of Wenzhou City

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s social economy, tourism ind ustry change rapidly, becoming economic and cultural activities which are highly attenti on of all sectors of society.Meanwhile, due to its own characteristics and external constr aints background,the tourism industry,as a sensitive, fragile form of tertiary industry, i s constantly affected by all kinds of unexpected event, such as political, economic, soci al, ecological, and security events.This severely restricted the healthy and sustainable de velopment of tourism, but also to further test of the government and the community to respond to emergencies management capabilities.The development of tourism industry in Wenzhou show steady growth year after year, but all kinds of potential risk factors in t he development process still do not get the tourists, tourism enterprises and local gover nments’s sufficient attention.And the ability to deal with emergencies lag the actual lev el of development of tourism in Wenzhou. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the t ourism emergency management research in Wenzhou.On the basis of studying the basic theoretical concepts of tourism emergencies and emergency management, we can sort out the the classified form of tourism emergencie s, and classify all types of tourism incidents individually in this paper. At the same ti me, we can also clarifie the nature, principle, content of emergency management.According to the characteristics of natural geography,humanities environment of to urism in Wenzhou,we could sum up the current situation of emergency management in Wenzho. In the light of the characteristics and types of tourism emergencies, four typ es of tourism emergencies are generalized. By using of tourism emergency events, emer gency management theory and combining with the actual situation of tourism in Wenzh ou, the existing problems of tourism emergency management are clear.For example, em ergency coordination ability is insufficient, the ability of prevention is lack, the inform ation flow is not smooth, the emergency handling ability is not strong,the tourists is la ck of risk aversion and self-help ability. Thoroughly, I study and analysis the root cause of the problems of tourism emergency management in legal, system, mechanism, copin g ability and so on.In view of the existing emergency management problem, the mechanism and charac teristics of tourism emergencies, the theory ofemergency management, there systematicall y show the measures of tourism emergency managemen in Wenzhou.From the point o f view of prevention and building emergency management capacity,it is important to p erfect the emergency prevention system, strengthen the identification of risk factors, incr ease safety propaganda and other measures.Meanwhile, I focuse on the specific methods and processes of tourism emergency management systemin in Wenzhou,such as,formmin g a permanent emergency management agencies, strengthening emergency plan managem ent and emergency resource management, buliding emergency management platform, con structing the construction of emergency rescue base of tourism and so on.Through the e mergency measures to deal with tourism exposition, I think this would have a positive i mpact on a rapid response in the event of an incident, an active role in the disposal sit e, and information management response method in reducing disaster losses, control dev elopments in the play. When the incident ended, by consciously strengthening emergenc y subsequent disposal,carring out tourism environmental governance,and shaping tourism image,we can restore tourism infrastructure resources, enhance the value of tourism pro ducts and restore confidence in tourism stakeholders.
