After rapid development,China's tourism industry has become China's strategic pillar industry,playing an increasingly important role in developing the economy and providing employment.However,due to the shortcomings of sensitivity,vulnerability,and substitutability in tourism,public emergencies in tourism are very likely to occur and cause great harm.So,what are the public emergencies in tourism? What are the causes? How to avoid or minimize damage? Based on the existing research,this article takes Rizhao City tourism public emergency management as a case study object,through the literature data method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method to analyze the current problems of Rizhao city tourism public emergency management.The problem proposes feasible countermeasures to improve the emergency management level of Rizhao City Government and promote the sustainable development of tourism in Rizhao City and even the sustainable development of the city.First of all,this article expounds the theoretical basis through literature review.The second chapter is based on the theoretical basis to derive the concept and types of Rizhao tourism public emergencies through concept extension,and on this basis,analyze the types of Rizhao tourism public emergencies based on the actual local conditions of Rizhao.The third chapter mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current problems of emergency management of tourism emergencies in Rizhao.Chapter 4 mainly proposes four effective response strategies from the management stage,the preparation stage,the reaction stage,and the recovery stage,and then effectively improves the government's ability to prevent and deal with tourism public emergencies,thereby quickly boosting tourists' confidence and reshaping urban tourism Brand.The main research conclusions of this paper are:(1)Based on the existing theoretical basis,the public emergencies in tourism are divided into natural disaster risk events,accident disaster risk events,public health risk events,social security risk events,and market environment risks according to different causes.event.(2)Through the validity and reliability analysis of the results of the questionnaire,it is concluded that the current Rizhao tourism emergency management of public emergencies mainly has four aspects: poor management,insufficient preparation,unresponsive response,and incomplete recovery.(3)In view of the problems in the emergency management of tourism public events in Rizhao City,strengthen risk assessment and mechanism construction from the management stage,improve the plan and early warning mechanism in the preparatory stage,strengthen the linkage and response mechanism in the reaction stage,summarize and reflect on the recovery stage and rebrand Wait for the four stages to comprehensively improve the Rizhao City tourism emergency management system,and then quickly boost the confidence of tourists to reshape the city tourism brand.Innovation:(1)The research conclusion has supplementary significance and reference value.From the perspective of the government,this paper selects Rizhao City tourism public emergency management as the research object.By analyzing the problems and solutions of tourism emergency management in Rizhao,it has reference value and can be promoted for other tourist cities and regions.Sex,and it complements the existing tourism emergency management theory.(2)The data analysis indicators are innovative.This article takes service objects and staff as the starting point,collects data through questionnaires and interviews,and uses spss17.0and validity reliability analysis tools to digitize the survey content to provide new research on emergency management of public emergencies in tourism.Research ideas.
