In order to understand the Internet third party payment platform is more accurate, and more effective on the Internet third party payment platform regulation, this paper focuses on the third party payment platform to study the legal and regulatory issues, with a view to the establishment and improvement of China’s third party payment of Internet legal and regulatory system platform can provide certain theoretical guidance and reference.This paper mainly carried out the study from the following five aspects. The first part of this paper is to briefly introduce the content of third party Internet payment platform of legal supervision in China, including the concept, connotation, based on the above problems, a brief analysis of the current conditions of our country, it is necessary to compare the legal supervision of Internet from the third party payment platform. The second part of this paper is described and analyzed the legal relationship between the legal supervision related to the payment platform on the Internet third party. The third part of this paper briefly analysis and specific research of Internet in our country third party payment platform supervision and its existing problems. The fourth part of this paper mainly introduces the application and research of these areas in foreign countries, and then use the method of comparative study pointed out that China needs to learn. The last part of this paper is mainly on the basis of the above analysis, combined with the existing problems, and put forward effective countermeasures to perfect the establishment of the regulatory system.
