Smuggling is a serious damage to the national normal economic order. And it corrupts social values, breeds corruption, economically and politically has great dangers.This paper attempts to research on Chongzuo smuggling in border areas, using the theory of criminal law, analysing the causes and current situation in the border areas of Guangxi inland smuggling activities, and Putting forward preventing and combating smuggling of countermeasures and suggestions.I hope to provide reference to Guangxi anti-smuggling work, play an exemplary roleThis article will be divided into four parts about Chongzuo border areas to combat smuggling and preventive countermeasures to elaborate.The first part carries out an overview of the general situation to the border region of Guangxi Chongzuo smuggling.
