The Woman Cadre System And State Building

Onthe basis of previous studies, this article did a systematic historical analysis ofwoman cadre system from the perspective of nation-building, believing that theneed of modern state-building is the main reason for its generation.Woman cadre system is an important part of primary woman policychanges in China after the founding of People’s Republic of China, is an interestingobservation point to study the special period of grassroots political governance. Woman cadres’generation was inextricably linked with political penetration atthe grassroots level, mainly reflected in the three factors: high-level dispute ofpolitical line, the actual needs of rural social development and political promise of ideology, which correspond to the ideological orientation, national capacity manifestation andblueprint of socialist society.The state foster and strengthen the national consciousness of the people throughthe system; woman cadre is an important national politicalmobilization system implementer, as a representative of the local forces, is theprimary driving force of state-building, which is an essential group that respondeffectively to the develop needs of rural area. In this paper, empirical research aroundthe woman cadre system is trying to show a picture of the history for aspecial period of grassroots state-building.
