A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Ideological And Political Work Of Public Security Force In The New Situation

The police are the most important armed power in China which have the responsibility of maintaining the national stability and helping the development of it as well as ensuring the citizens to carry out their civil rights. Therefore, their political consciousness and qualification are closely linkedto the nation’s union and stalility. After the 30 years of development based on the policy of reforming and opening up,China has entered a key time of rapid progressing at the same time, dealing with all kinds of problems we’ve countered in the way.During this period, many contradictions and problems have come out, the gap between the rich and the poor has widened, some groups of people have become unrest as the result of the contradictions of different cultures and beliefs,even violent terrorist incidents have happened, all of which do great harm and become a threat to social stability and economic development.Therefore it is an absolute necessity to build a police team of high political consciousness, strict organizational discipline in order to serve the people heart and soul. In this article,through systematic analysis of the basic connotation and constituent elements of theoretical and political work for the police according to their work requirement and the nation’s demands, the writer will analyze five aspects of specific issues that the current police team have to face in their development of the political consciousness: challenges in what kind of point of value to choose; the weakness in the team qualification; the lack of complete system in the work content; inflexible instruction in working methods; being not perfect in working system.The researcher will systematically analyze the internal causes and external causes of all these problems in the political and ideologycal work of the police team.According to the specific problems of the police team in the ideological and political work and the analysis of the internal causes and external causes, the writer will analyze five specific solutins theoretically to improve and solve the problems they have met in their ideological and political work.
