Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Work Of Young Police At The Grass-roots Level

Under the background of the new era,although China has made remarkable achievements in economic and social development,it is still in a crucial period of reform with prominent contradictions.There are many hot and difficult issues in the society.The economic and social development situation and social security situation faced by grassroots youth public security police are still relatively grim,and the public security organs are still facing heavy tasks.At the same time,their thoughts should be more active with independent personalities.Therefore,it is more complicated and more difficult for the public security organs to carry out ideological and political work for the young police at the grassroots level.It is necessary to take this content as the research focus of the ideological and political work of the public security.This paper takes the young police at the grassroots level of Beijing Public Security Bureau as the research object,defines the relevant categories of their ideological and political work,and sorts out the characteristics of the work.Through a comprehensive analysis of various contradictions and problems currently occurring,this paper focuses on exploring the causes of ideological and political problems,and puts forward strategies to strengthen ideological and political work of grassroots youth public security police from the perspectives of strengthening theoretical guidance,enriching work contents and innovating work methods.
