Research On The Innovation Of Ideological And Political Work Of Grassroots Youth Police

The current social security situation is complicated,the social interest contradictions highlight,the law enforcement environment is more severe.Youth police as the public security organs to maintain the stability of social order,to protect people’s lives and property safety of the backbone,bear the increasingly heavy work task.Therefore,how to do a good job in grassroots youth policeman ideological and political work is the priority of the current public security team construction and in the meaning of.On the basis,exploring new thoughts on the development of public security ideological and political work as a whole,is this article shall have the meaning.First of all,this article adopts the method of literature analysis,normative analysis,collecting and discusses research achievements on the grass-roots youth policeman ideological and political work.Secondly,this paper studies the theoretical basis of this paper,that is,the people-oriented management theory and incentive theory,to explore the application of management theory in the construction of grass-roots youth policeman ideological and political work.Thirdly,taking Xiaogan city of Hubei Province as an example,using the method of questionnaire survey and sampling analysis,this paper analyzes the ideological situation of the youth police under the new situation,to understand the current situation of the grass-roots youth policeman ideological and political work in the region and the shortcomings and deficiencies in the work,clear the emphasis and difficulty of the innovation of grass-roots youth policeman ideological and political work in the region.Finally,by learning and drawing lessons from ideological and political work,discusses the effective and specific construction of new systems and mechanisms of grass-roots youth policeman ideological and political work.Based on the innovative system and mechanism of grass-roots youth policeman ideological and political work.Through empirical analysis,this paper discusses the innovation system and mechanism of grass-roots youth policeman ideological and political work in the region.This paper puts forward a set of working modes and ways of linking up and down,to further stimulate the region at the grass-roots level young police’s initiative,enthusiasm and creativity,in order to lay the solid foundation for team of regularized construction,so as to promote the development of grass-roots youth policeman ideological and political work in the region.
