Research On Delay Retirement Reform In China

In the circumstance of the deteriorating of the aging problems,a series of social problems comes out. "Retirement delay" has been discussed by the majority of people,but this issue is still in its preliminary discussion,there is no mature social system to abide,and there is no related documents and information to query. So this article based on current domestic situation,combined with China’s current retirement system,compared with foreign advanced retirement policy,find out what factors affect retirement system in our country,confirm the necessity of the delay retirement and propose the solutions of delay retirement policy.First of all,mainly introduces the relevant theories of "retirement delay". How to learn lessons from other foreign countries about their mature system on retirement age,meanwhile,with China’s current national conditions into consideration,to analysis what difficulties will our country to face.Secondly,I research from the age,life expectancy,educationl and pension security to find out why we should confirm "delay retirement" to alleviate the pressure of the society.Thirdly,Compared with other countries’ system to demonstrate the necessity of the delay retirement policy.Finally,on the basis of reasonable,fair and lawful,design a set of delay retirement policy with Chinese characteristics. In the progress of "delay retirement" policy desighed,we analysis plan time,the retirement age and old-age security.And the policy can provide guidance, strategies,and gives a practical and effective Suggestions or measures.
