A Study On The Female Retirement Age

In this paper,the so-called retirement policy,is refers to the state according to the situation of the development of society,factors such as life expectancy is suitable for the fixed number of year of the largest continue to work.At the end of the 20th century began to aging society in our country,with the constant improvement of the medical level,the enrichment of material life and pension payment pressure increase gradually in our country,if continue to use the '50 s,formulate retirement system obviously do not meet the need of economic development in China.Today,women's social status,level of education and life expectancy have been greatly improved,the reform of the existing retirement system is imminent,especially for female worker.The main research object of this paper is female workers,mainly divides into six chapters,the first chapter from the meanings of retirement,and simply introduces the concept of retirement,delay retirement,and the process of development of China's retirement policy,delay retirement policy background.Secondly,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of women delay retirement policy related;The second chapter mainly introduces the present status of the women's retireent policy in China and are faced with the problem;The third chapter analyzes the the necessity and feasibility of women delay retirement policy;The fourth chapter respectively introduces the delay retirement age system of typical countries in the world and bring the experience of the enlightenment to our country;The fifth chapter puts forward the women needed to follow the basic principles of delay retirement system,and puts forward specific solutions and related supporting measures;The sixth chapter final conclusions.
