However, the protection of criminal law in the era of big data information security involves many fields of computer, Internet, information science, law, if you want to make an in-depth study of this problem, ensure the feasibility of the proposed legislation, to the knowledge of many subjects need to have a full understanding of the. The author found in the process of collecting information, study on criminal law protection to the few big data era of information security, the protection of the majority of previous studies remain in the face of the age of big data information security challenges and the safety of personal information, not much research related to business information security and national security information, and most published in computer technical journals, and less legal academic periodical achievements. Thus it can be assumed that the study on criminal law protection of the age of big data information security still exist many obstacles of knowledge structure. Therefore, this paper attempts to understand the relevant knowledge on the premise of more computers and the Internet and related legislation, and puts forward the feasible suggestions on criminal protection for large data of our era of information security.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the age of big data information security and challenges, to explore our current criminal law on the shortage of large data security protection of information age, the age of big data protection and by improving the criminal law system of our country to construct the information security better. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the age of big data information society and security challenges. This part defines the related concepts, and points out the main application fields of technological change and reality, defined the scope for this study. Then this part from two aspects of data processing security hidden dangers safety hazards and the analysis of information age of big data information security challenges, including processing technology data security process mainly includes data extraction and integration process and data analysis and interpretation of the process, the potential safety hazard information includes information has political value and national security interest, has the economic value of information and business interests and socially valuable information and personal privacy.The second part is the protection system and the defects of our current criminal law.
