This paper summarizes the traditional channels of labor rights struggle, the main channel and the type of network struggle. Analyzes the causes that why workers preference struggle via internet, and enumerates the role of media and government in labor rights struggle. Meanwhile, through the two labor rights struggle cases, CIMIC layoffs and cool 6 layoffs, considering the behavior of Internet users, the media, and government departments in the struggle of the workers, studied factors affecting effect of laborers’network struggle.This paper argues that the development of the Internet, the popularity of micro blogging and other new media provide a new channel for labor rights struggle. Workers to share information via the Internet, so that workers group identity, sense of relative deprivation be enhanced to strengthen the will to fight, and to enhance the ability of struggle. The staff constitution and the education of the struggle groups, having a more significant impact on the forms, extent and effect of labor rights network struggle. Media reports of protests on the network, expanding the influence, help to achieve the effect of the struggle. Network.struggle for labor rights put public pressure on the government and corporate, help promote the construction of a good employment environment. But there are also deficiencies of labor rights struggle via network, so we cannot enlarge its effect. Eventually, labor rights struggle needs to return to institutionalize rights struggle channels.Timely and effective attention to the rights and interests of workers in favor of the establishment of a harmonious labor relations. Therefore, in order to build a harmonious labor relations, this article proposes following several recommendations:improving labor protection laws and regulations, smoothing the passages for the protection of labor rights, further regulating corporate employment practices, improving the functions of trade unions so that really play its role, improving the mechanisms of responding to the equity demands of workers expressed on network, and emphasis on the early warning of labor struggles on the internet.
