In the 21 st century, people have been to the age of Internet. With the development and the rapid expansion of the Internet, human’s production mode, life style and the way of thinking have the great changes and push the civilized world including the economy, politics and culture. At the same time, the internet political culture has quietly formed. It has the important influence, both of the maintenance political system and the political behavior of citizen. Therefore, fully explore the theory of internet political culture, analyze the inner relation between ideological political education and internet political culture, summarize the challenges and influences and take efforts of the Internet political culture construction. It makes contribution to the political stability and the development of human society.This text is divided into four parts to start discussion:The first chapter is the theoretical analysis of the Internet political culture. This chapter is divided into three parts: meaning, features and functions. Internet political culture is made of the internet, political and culture.
