Not only these let us see the determination of anti-corruption from senior leaders to private citizens in our country,but also do we need raise our pondering to use power scientifically and reasonably. And, the experience of western developed countries on the property declaration system can provide a train thought to us to solve the problems,like how to constraint civil servant and the power of him.Corruption is almost a worldwide problem, it exists in not only modern society, also in the past.and it is not unique to China,in the process of modernization,many countries have experienced a serious corruption,it is a specific historical phenomenon.Therefore it is necessary to establish a set of effective system to prevent the spread of corruption, and let the misdemeanor turned down outside the door of power.In this paper, The reason why I chose the American property declaration system has two main courses.
