Economic development often enormous impact to the human society, with the change of people family planning idea, until after the second world war, great changes have taken place in our population structure. In terms of parenting concept for common country, in terms of population age structure is characterized by aging.With the elderly population is contrast to the increasing proportion of total population in our country’s fertility rate are falling, the proportion of young people in the population is declining. Under the background of population aging how to safeguard the rights and interests of the elderly is a relationship to the major issues of social development in our country.Through the research on segmentation in the elderly, we found that in the old mouth is most of the share of population of elderly women.So we safeguard the rights and interests of older women in to old age group of women’s rights and interests safeguard in the more important place.For now older women’s rights and interests protection in China is faced with many problems, and along with our country aging speed, ageing feminine trend will also increasingly apparent.Compared with older men crowd older women faced with double weak position, on the one hand, from the weakness of the age, sex differences, on the other hand, comes from the weak position.Older women’s rights can properly solve the relationship between the overall stability of the society in our country Based on elderly women’s rights in our country national condition, through the research attempts to reveal the problems of older women’s rights and interests in China and found that our country facing the shortage of older women’s rights and interests, the elderly women policies for our government.
