Study Of "Moral Indifference" Phenomenon From Perspective Of Harmonious Socialist Society

Currently, during a period of China’s social transformation, social interest pattern have changed a lot under the condition of market economy, which made interest subjects tend to be diversified. In such a background, market economy strengthened the individualism, played down the spirit of selfless dedication; Egoism, money worship and other bad ideas affects people’s values and morality seriously, which intensified the grim situation of our country’s moral decline. The phenomenon of moral indifference in real society is the moral reflection of big changing times, which directly impacts our construction of socialist harmonious society. Accordingly, a study of "moral indifferences" phenomenon from the perspective of the socialist harmonious society would be very necessary and of great practical significance.About the concept of "moral indifference", public opinions are divergent. This thesis mainly defines content of moral indifference from dislocation of the moral cognition, lack of moral emotion, ignoration of moral evaluation and misbehavior of moral conduct, based on traditional Confucian ethics, socialism thought of righteousness and benefit, the theory of Marxist human nature and socialist core values as theoretical basis for the study "moral indifferences" phenomenon from the perspective of the socialist harmonious society. Specifically, the prominent performance of "moral indifference" is moral behavior of indifference in the crisis situation, moral concern for indifference in public welfare charity activities, moral duty indifference in the mass medial. Those phenomena of moral indifferences reflect the lack of goodness, which has a close relation with negative influence of traditional moral culture, the essence of human nature and its weaknesses, conflict of pluralistic values and the incomplete system of social management system.Whether correcting the phenomenon of moral indifference or not, will directly affects the peace and harmony of the whole social and the harmony of the individual. Therefore, to research the phenomenon of moral indifference and correcting strategies will be more urgent. Uniting the present social reality, correcting the phenomenon of moral indifference should pay more attention to the whole society moral education, in order to enable people to have higher moral quality; strengthening the whole society ethics reconstruction to return human nature to "true, good, beauty"; laying emphasis on the development of the socialist core values and making a correct value guidance to dominate people’s behavior; perfecting the social system and the system mechanism and arousing people’s spiritual resonance in the good social atmosphere. Only in this way, can we truly achieve a nation’s moral consciousness and cultural consciousness; better achieve the great ideal of constructing a socialist harmonious society.
