| With the acceleration development of reform and opening up, China’s economic vitality, urbanization is accelerating. Because of this, large-scale population flow and migration in our country is increasing. In recent years, our country continues to reform and improve the household registration system, the management of the floating population is more scientific and humane, it also increases the mass flow of the population. Some very popular cities to be the main force to bear the spring tide of the floating population. Shenzhen is the first special economic zone in China, as the window of reform and opening up, Shenzhen has set a five-First, the national population growth; Second, most in terms of total population movements; Third, the household register population and floating population ratio 1:4.8, population structure inversion is the most serious; Fourth, the population density is the largest; Fifth, the working-age population average educational level lowest in large and medium-sized cities in the country, high school and high school culture level of the population proportion is as high as 80%. Therefore, the research of management of the floating population of Shenzhen will be the the typical "samples" of the floating population of research management.This article is based on the above background, starting from the present situation of the management of the floating population of Shenzhen, according to the related theory of management of the floating population, the reference current of floating population management system, policies and regulations, combined with the actual situation of the management of the floating population of Shenzhen, give full consideration to the aim of the sustainable development of economy and society of Shenzhen analysis is objective and scientific research. Through analysis and research of the floating population management problem of Shenzhen, expect to offer suggestions and countermeasures to solve the floating population of Shenzhen, also to give other domestic bearing the floating population management a reference.This paper mainly adopts literature research, combine with personal working experience for many years on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research results from two aspects of theory and practice. The article mainly includes five parts. The first part:introduction, mainly stated the background of the problem, research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, and conducted the research ideas and methods. The second part:the concept and practical analysis, the main related concepts of combing with the management of the floating population, the paper analyzes the current situation of management of the floating population of Shenzhen and Shenzhen floating population management team in Shenzhen Guangdong, the influence of social and economic development. The third part:the problem and the reason analysis, mainly from the reality, analyzes the problems existing in the management of the floating population of Shenzhen and the reasons for these problems. The fourth part:the countermeasure analysis. The essences of this part as the research is the most important part of this paper, mainly based on the actual, draw lessons from excellent practice, put forward the effective promotion of suggestions and measures for the floating population management of Shenzhen.The advantage of this study are in the following aspects:first of all, the typical research object. the reality development makes Shenzhen become the typical "samples" of the floating population management of research. Secondly, the research content informative. As a practical to participate in the management of the floating population of Shenzhen, I have a lot of firsthand material and rich experience, and can make the thesis demonstrates real and scientific.
