Retrospective Chinese development history of nearly one hundred years, has been the national independence, national prosperity for the development goals, and more generally speaking is to realize the modernization of China. Before the state power sink is state dominated, the lack of other participants, which leads to the effect not ideal. In addition, the traditional rural integration also encountered a bottleneck. It also shows that the social integration and cannot be performed by a single subject for maximum success. Therefore, to expand the main body participation, building an interactive platform is important to achieve the modernization process of governance. "Sending drama to countryside" for the target provides a new thinking. In "sending drama to countryside", all aspects of government, society and market power of the specific location of their own, play their functions, and through collaborative interaction among multiple stakeholders, and ultimately the formation of "force", the best results are obtained.Therefore, in the post national stage, how to realize the construction of democracy is an important problem.
